Salvation Army Mural Occurrence - This short clip documents passing car lights reflecting off of a stained glass mural of Jesus and creating a "halo" effect around his head and body. The location is on Belmont Avenue in Chicago and the phenomenon can only be seen from the 3rd floor bedroom window across the street. The video was recorded in 1996.
